To cancel your subscription:

1. Open Settings on your iPhone
2. Tap your name at the top
3. Tap "Subscriptions"
4. Select "Ditch"
5. Tap "Cancel Subscription"

Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

Refunds are handled directly by Apple through their refund policy. To request a refund:

2. Sign in with your Apple ID
3. Find your Ditch subscription purchase
4. Select "Report a Problem"

To delete your account and all associated data:

1. Open the Ditch app
2. Go to Profile tab
3. Tap Settings
4. Scroll to "Delete Account"
5. Confirm deletion

This action is permanent and cannot be undone. All your data will be permanently deleted.

The buddy system pairs you with other users who are also working to quit vaping. You can send messages, check in on each other's progress, share encouragement, and hold each other accountable. All buddy connections require mutual consent, and you can manage your buddy list at any time. This feature is available to Premium users.
