6. Subscriptions and Payments

Premium subscriptions are processed through Apple In-App Purchases:

  • Monthly subscription: $2.99/month, auto-renewable
  • Yearly subscription: $25.00/year, auto-renewable
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled
  • Cancel anytime through your Apple ID settings
  • Refunds are subject to Apple's refund policy
  • Prices may vary by region
  • Premium features are immediately available upon successful purchase

7. Free Trial

We may offer free trial periods for premium features. Trial terms will be disclosed at the time of signup. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you will be automatically charged for the subscription.

8. Community Guidelines

When using community features, you agree to:

  • Not post offensive, abusive, or inappropriate content
  • Not share personal information of others
  • Not use the platform for spam or commercial purposes
  • Not impersonate others

By posting content in Ditch, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your content within the app for the purpose of providing and promoting our services. You retain ownership of your content and may delete it at any time.

You agree not to:

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Ditch at any time for violations of these terms or for any other reason, with or without prior notice. Upon termination, your right to use the app will immediately cease.

16. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of the United States.

Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of Ditch will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except where prohibited by law.
